Logan D. Delany, Jr / Chairman of the Board, ElectroCraft, Inc.

Logan has an extensive background in finance, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. Prior to forming Delany Capital Management, he was First Vice President in the merger and acquisition group at Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. He holds an A.B. degree in economics from Harvard College, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and studied economics at the graduate level at Oxford University.


 

James Elsner / President & CEO, ElectroCraft, Inc.

James has diverse operating experience, including implementing Lean Manufacturing and Process Reengineering, in businesses ranging from Fortune 50 companies to early stage startups. He has held presidencies within the Dover Corporation, Tuthill Corporation, and functional executive positions in technology and manufacturing at General Electric and Campbell Soup. He holds a BSME from U.S. Naval Academy, and both an MBA and an MSE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.


 

John Arico / Vice President, Finance & Administration

John has held various management positions at Europackaging LLC, Plassein International � Salem NH and Key Packaging Industries. He has extensive accounting experience in manufacturing, distribution and multi location environments. In addition to public accounting experience at Coopers & Lybrand in Manchester, NH. John has a BS in Accounting from Southern NH University.


 

Rob Kerber / Vice President and General Manager, ElectroCraft Global Motion

Rob has been in the motor and motion control business for over 23 years, holding positions in engineering, operations, sales, marketing and management with ElectroCraft, Robbins & Myers, Reliance Electric and Rockwell Automation. He joined DMI Technology as part of DMI's acquisition of ElectroCraft in March 2006. He has an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology from Brown Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

 

Tom Ouellette / Vice President Sales - Americas

Tom has been with the company for 19 years, holding positions in engineering, sales and marketing.  He has a BSEE degree from the University of New Hampshire with graduate level coursework in electro-magnetics.  He has held engineering positions at Eastern Air Devices, Textron Automotive Company and Raytheon.   Tom has successfully deployed Lean principals and techniques to improve sales and customer service processes.
 

Doug Cook / General Operations Manager, ElectroCraft Arkansas

Doug has over 19 years with AGI. He started out in a position where he had many different responsibilities including Production Supervisor, Quality Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Global Sourcing, and Materials Manager. Doug assisted with the new AGI facility startup and consolidation and implementation of the Lean and Demand Flow Manufacturing System. He holds a degree from Arkansas State University and is a graduate of the John Constanza Institute of Technology in Englewood Colorado.

 

Rick Roberts / Plant Manager, ElectroCraft Ohio

Rick has over 30 years of electric motors experience. His professional career includes experience in Sales/Marketing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations Management.  He is experienced in the implementation of Lean Principles, having implemented Lean tools to improve On Time Delivery, improve Quality, reduce waste and improve customer satisfaction.  He holds an Electrical Engineering degreee from Michigan Technological University.

 
 

C. B. Dang / General Manager, DMI Technology Asia

CB joined DMI Asia in 2006. He was most recently with Nukabe Corporation as formerly their VP of Operations. In addition, CB has held other key management positions in Manufacturing and Business Development in the Automotive parts sector in Asia. He has over 25 years of working experience and has solid experience in setting up operations in Hong Kong and in China. He holds Master Degree of Manufacturing from Warwick University in UK.


 

Philip J. Martin / General Manager, ElectroCraft Ltd. (United Kingdom)

Phil joined ElectroCraft as part of the EES acquisition in 2006. Phil has worked in various roles and industries in his career. He originally trained as an accountant within industry gaining ACMA accreditation. Following various management accounting and Controllerships, Phil moved into General Management within manufacturing. In addition to Financial and General Management roles, Phil has spent several years working within marketing and operations. Phil has gained extensive European experience though various Financial, Marketing and General Management roles. Phil gained a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy, Finance and Economics at Essex University.
