Logan D. Delany, Jr / Chairman of the Board, ElectroCraft, Inc.
Logan has an extensive background in finance, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. Prior to forming Delany Capital Management, he was First Vice President in the merger and acquisition group at Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. He holds an A.B. degree in economics from Harvard College, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and studied economics at the graduate level at Oxford University.
Mike Karsonovich / President & CEO, ElectroCraft, Inc.
Mike has extensive sales, marketing and management experience from positions with Abbott Laboratories, Parametric Technology Corporation and Thermo Fisher Scientific. He has held various executive management positions Thermo Fisher Scientific in their Fisher HealthCare, Temperature Control and Slides and Specialty Glass businesses. Mike graduated from the U. S. Military Academy at West Point and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University.
John Arico / Vice President, Finance & Administration
John has held various management positions at Europackaging LLC, Plassein International Salem NH and Key Packaging Industries. He has extensive accounting experience in manufacturing, distribution and multi location environments. In addition to public accounting experience at Coopers & Lybrand in Manchester, NH. John has a BS in Accounting from Southern NH University.
Tom Ouellette / Vice President Sales - Americas
Tom has been with the company for 19 years, holding positions in engineering, sales and marketing. He has a BSEE degree from the University of New Hampshire with graduate level coursework in electro-magnetics. He has held engineering positions at Eastern Air Devices, Textron Automotive Company and Raytheon. Tom has successfully deployed Lean principals and techniques to improve sales and customer service processes.
Brad Dolbin / Vice President and General Manager, Global Motion
Brad has lead the development of power electronics and motion control solutions for over 20 years. He has held positions in engineering at Rockwell International, working on the international Space Station Power System, and in engineering management at Advanced Motion Controls where he lead award-winning digital servo drive development projects. While at Curtiss-Wright Brad was the project manager for servo drives and drive-related products. Brad joined DMI Technology in July 2011 to develop ElectroCraft's worldwide drive electronics business. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Doug Cook / General Operations Manager, ElectroCraft Arkansas
Doug has over 19 years with AGI. He has held many roles, including Production Supervisor, Quality Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Global Sourcing, and Materials Manager. Doug assisted with the new AGI facility startup and consolidation and implementation of the Lean and Demand Flow Manufacturing System. He holds a degree from Arkansas State University and is a graduate of the John Constanza Institute of Technology in Englewood Colorado.
C. B. Dang / General Manager, DMI Technology Asia
CB joined DMI Asia in 2006 from Nukabe Corporation where he was VP of Operations. He has over 25 years working experience and has solid experience in setting up operations in Hong Kong and in China, holding key management positions in Manufacturing and Business Development in the Automotive parts sector in Asia. He holds Master Degree of Manufacturing from Warwick University in UK.
Philip J. Martin / General Manager, ElectroCraft Ltd. (United Kingdom)
Phil joined ElectroCraft as part of the EES acquisition in 2006. He has worked in various roles and industries in his career, originally training as an accountant within industry and gaining ACMA accreditation. Following various Management Accounting roles and Controllerships, Phil moved into General Management within manufacturing. In addition to Financial and General Management roles, Phil has spent several years working within marketing and operations. Phil has gained extensive European experience through various Financial, Marketing and General Management roles. Phil gained a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy, Finance and Economics at Essex University.
Vincent Benevento / Vice President, Supply Chain.
Vin joined Electrocraft in June of 2014. He holds a BS from Salem State College and has undertaken post graduate studies in Information Technology and Advanced Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University and the University of New Hampshire respectively. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager, with extensive experience in Global Supply Chain Management including Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management and Purchasing Process Improvement. Vin had 21 years' experience at General Electric, attending GE's exclusive 2 year Manufacturing Studies Program and their 2 year Financial Management Programs. He has also held other global positions in Sourcing at Thermo Fisher Scientific and UFP Technologies.
Dan Radosavljevic / Vice President, Engineering and Product Development
Dan joined ElectroCraft in 2012. He has engineering leadership and product development experience, in business ranging from Fortune 500 companies to early stage startups. Dan had a career of increased responsibility at Legrand including the roles of Director of Engineering and Product Development at FLIR Systems. Dan is a licensed professional engineer and holds 36 US patents. He has a MS in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering and a BSME from Clarkson University.
Rob Kerber / Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing
Rob has been in the motor and motion control business for over 30 years, holding positions in engineering, operations, sales, marketing and management with ElectroCraft, Robbins & Myers, Reliance Electric and Rockwell Automation. He joined DMI Technology as part of DMI's acquisition of ElectroCraft in March 2006. He has an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology from Brown Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Clark Mundy / Plant Manager, ElectroCraft Ohio
Clark joined ElectroCraft in October 2013. He has extensive operations and supply chain experience from positions with Tuthill Corporation, National Machine Company and Joy Global. Clark graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors degree in Management and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Baldwin-Wallace College.
