ElectroCraft Completes Acquisition of E-Motion Drives and Controls

Dover, NH — (November 19, 2007) —ElectroCraft, Inc. today announced it has acquired the operating assets of e-Motion Drives and Controls. e-Motion, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, is a global manufacturer of high performance speed controls and servo drives for PMDC and brushless motors.

The e-Motion acquisition will augment ElectroCraft’s engineered motor and motion control product offering, which spans the technological spectrum from appliance components to the medical equipment industry. Additionally, the deal expands ElectroCraft’s global reach, which previously included motor and motion control operations in the United States (New Hampshire, Arkansas and Ohio) as well as England, Hong Kong, and China.
