Global Motor Manufacturer Changes Business Name to "ElectroCraft"

Dover, NH — (November 6, 2007) —

DMI Technology Corporation today annouced that it has created a new motor and motion control platform company named ElectroCraft, Inc. As a result of this, the company’s wholly owned operating units and products around the globe will now carry the ElectroCraft brand name.

Its facilities located in Arkansas (AGI Motors), New Hampshire (EAD Motors), Ohio (ElectroCraft Engineered Solutions) and in the United Kingdom (DMI Motion Solutions, Ltd.) will be known as follows: ElectroCraft Arkansas, Inc., ElectroCraft New Hampshire, Inc., ElectroCraft Ohio, Inc., and ElectroCraft Ltd., respectively. Its Asian operations, DMI Technology (Asia) Limited, will remain unchanged. ElectroCraft’s management and manufacturing operations remain unchanged.
